Once a Song Package is booked and ordered we will require a £25.00 deposit which is non refundable. When the order is complete the rest of the payment is required before your item is dispatched.

Once a DVD Package is booked and ordered, we will require a £50.00 deposit which is non-refundable. When the order is complete the rest of the payment is required before your item is dispatched.

All our items are personalised for you,  therefore we are only able to offer a refund or replacement for faulty goods.  We will only offer a full refund or replacement of faulty goods provided you contact us immediately and the goods are returned within 7 days of receipt (minus postage fee).

No refunds will be given for errors arising on the part of the customer.
